Wedding Packages
Grate Moments In Time offers many valuable services to customers.  Most of these services come incorporated in various packages.  Ala Carte services are also offered at an additional charge.  Clients are encouraged to meet with an event planner and determine which package is most suitable.  If there is not an adequate package, one can be customized based on the needs of the individual client.  We also offer additional services including Vendor Referrals, Wedding Coordination, Rehearsal Coordination, or Event Facilitation.

Perfect Planning
This service includes consultation meetings at $75 an hour to make preparations for the event.  This package is for individuals who want to plan events themselves but need some guidance to achieve the perfect results.


Terrific Times
This service includes: 
      A meeting prior to the event – we come to you at your convenience 
      A timeline and contact sheet made specifically for your event 
      Attend and coordinate any rehearsals
      Carry an emergency kit and bring a courtesy basket for you and your bridal party
      Present for the set-up and will assist with decoration of your event 
      Making sure that each and every detail is taken care of for you throughout your event

Excellent Events
This service includes: 
      6 meetings prior to the event – we come to you at your convenience 
      Access to any discounts offered through our company by local vendors 
      Assistance and guidance with all planning aspects 
      Contact all vendors and confirm timeline, service, and directions    
      A timeline and contact sheet made specifically for your event 
      Attend and coordinate any rehearsals 
      Carry an emergency kit and bring a courtesy basket for you and your bridal party
      Present for the set-up and will assist with decoration of your event 
      Making sure that each and every detail is taken care of for you throughout your event 

Magnificent Memories
This service includes: 
      12 meetings prior to the event – we come to you at your convenience 
      Access to any discounts offered through our company by local vendors 
      Assistance and guidance with all planning aspects 
      Attend up to 5 meetings with potential vendors 
      Contact all vendors and confirm timeline, service, and directions 
      A timeline and contact sheet made specifically for your event 
      Review guest counts, floor plans, or seating charts 
      Attend and coordinate any rehearsals 
      Carry an emergency kit and bring a courtesy basket for you and your bridal party
      Present for the set-up and will assist with decoration of your event 
      Making sure that each and every detail is taken care of for you throughout your event
